PLEASE I am desperate for some assistance!
although slow, I was always able to use the video play back to view
Since last firmware update (currently v1.04-2228)  my videos wont play back! it just spins and eventually times out
happens on my android and 3 laptops and various wifi
I am desperate for urgent help as I use this to manager care for elderly woman and issues with home health aides!
please help

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Has the camera been powered OFF then back On or rebooted?

How are you trying to view the playback, thru the camera UI or mydlink.com app? Which app?
Can you access the camera with any of the mydlink.com apps when local and remote?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
