I have got Mac 10.14.6 Mojave and I can't plug DUB-E100. I've tried to install drivers for 10.5-12 and driver for 10.13 and it doesn't work.
The adapter itself is ok, I tested in on Windows

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

The 10.13 driver will not work with 10.14.
What hardware revision do you have? I believe rev A and B will not have anymore development from the vendor. i can email the product manager and see if they plan to release 10.14 drivers anytime soon.
