DGL-3420 Firmware version 1.03

¤ Disable UNII2 bands due to FCC DFS2 regulation.
¤ Fix the disconnection issue between DGL-3420 and DIR-655 in WPA-PSK TKIP.
¤ Fix security shown in site survey table when base station is set to WPA-PSK
¤ Change default settings in 802.11a: default channel set to 48; dynamic turbo default channel set to 48.
