Linux support for DNS-323 Rev C1

hello,
is there any debian or gentoo or arm-based-linux tutorial (how to) to change default firmware to linux for Rev C1 hardware?

You don't need to change anything - regardless of hardware version, the default or standard firmware IS linux.

RAID1 is for disk redundancy - NOT data backup - don't confuse the two.
