Power on after power off problem
« on: November 17, 2008, 12:34:57 PM »

I'm unable to power on after a power off using the front panel power button, UNLESS I also unplug the power supply and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes or so.  This seems like pretty basic functionality.  Has anyone else seen this problem?  Is there a capacitor somewhere in there that needs to drain it's charge in order for the power switch to work?

Ordinarily I wouldn't care much about this, but I'm having to shutdown/restart my 343 multiple times a day in order to work around a lockup problem.  It's getting to be a hassle.

Have you tried taking the face plate off and pressing the button? I know the button can be hard to press sometimes.
