DIR-628 @ 5Ghz Band
« on: September 07, 2009, 01:43:00 PM »

I am having a problem with my router when it is on 5ghz band. The router is not broadcasting the SSID. I can't detect the SSID using my laptop or iPod Touch. What should I do?

- What should I put on the 802.11mode? I have two devices that has 802.11G(iPod Touch and a laptop).

802.11G network can only do the 2.4Ghz radio.  802.11A and new 802.11N can also use the 5.0Ghz radio.

If you need to have 802.11G networking, you must only use the 2.4GHz radio.
