Any chance of a new firmware to stop the bridge light from always flashing or is that something that can't be changed via a firmware update?

Demand out stripped supply (forecast).

I am not sure which distribution channels have them now, but I know more will be leaving Fountain Valley in about 10 days to which distribution channels, I don't know yet.

ok. Again it would be rather nice to see d-link release an update for the FW on the 1555

I would like to be able to put the bridge in just N mode only

Come on D-link, dont forget us 1555 owners, I have two of them !!!!!!!!!!

DAP-1522 is back in stock at various places.  Check buy.com or insight.com

Cast mine as another vote to stop the red flashing light.  The bright blue lights are bad enough.

You should also include a piece of black tape in every box, as the lights on D-Link products get more annoying and distracting with every generation.

I agree. It's become inpossible for us to pick and intensity and go with it.
Also a POT dimmer or detachable face plate with tinted plastic could be done.
