Difference between DNR-322L and DNR-202L

Hi, Newbie here and current Logitech Alert user and i'm not proficient at networking.  I plan on having approximately 6 cameras total in my home.   Anyways, what' s the difference in the 2 models in my subject besides the number of channels it can record? 

I noticed the DNR-202L  says it can:

Simultaneously record video and view real-time or playback recorded video from up to four mydlink cameras
Secure and safe storage of camera video with up to two attached USB external hard drives (bring your own drives)
Motion or schedule based recording of high-quality video and audio
Quick and easy setup with auto camera discovery and mydlink
Free mobile app and web portal for remote viewing

Wondering if the 322L can do the same functionality as the 202L?
