Connect to IP cam in different subnet
« on: January 27, 2014, 09:18:53 AM »

I'm just bought a DNR-322L and an ip camera model DCS-5020L. It is work fine after I'm upgrade the latest firmware. Now, I connected my DCS-5020L to the 2nd router model DIR-605L while my DVR still connected to my 1st router model DSL-2640B.

So, how the DVR may connect to my IP Cam on other side?

ON A SIDE,
1st router via modem , with Internet Connection (192.168.1.1)
DNR-322L (192.168.1.3)
AP in bridge mode (192.168.1.254)

ON B SIDE,
2nd router DIR-605L (192.168.0.1)
IP CAM DCS-5020L (192.168.0.101)
AP in bridge mode (192.168.1.253)

I'm registered DCS-5020L, DIR-605L, and DVR with the mydlink service and the LIVE VIEW working properly.

Did you first try connecting your DCS-5020L to the DNR-322L on the same router? What firmware version is the DNR-322L running? Earlier firmware versions may not support the DCS-5020L.
