Title: Why can't I download latest DCS-2230 firmware?

If I click on the link for the latest DCS-2230 firmware, it opens a new browser window, but I just get a "waiting for pmdap.dlink.com.tw ..." message.  I have waited for 15 minutes and I get nothing.  I have tried it multiple times in both Chrome and IE with the same result.  I can download the Word document for the firmware info with no problem.

Is the site down?  Can someone please e-mail the binary file to me?  hkrodin@hotmail.com

I'm able to download the file using Firefox.
