Bittorrent stopped after Raid1 degraded HD pair is rebuilt!

Hi
I upgraded firmware from 1.05 to 1.06 in mid January. I installed BitTorrent and it worked well since. Earlier this week, I noticed that the Raid 1 HD array was in degraded status. I selected rebuild in the menu and the Raid 1 array has been rebuilt correctly.
Unfortunately, since then, the bittorrent does not work anymore. After searching this forum, I tried deleting Nas_prog folder and reinstalling from EasySearch 4.4. The installation seems to be succesfull but bittorrent still does not work. When I try to access the Bittorrent interface in Download, it says that BitTorrent is not installed.
Any suggestions before I have to reset to default and reformat everything?
