Also succeeded to update the FW to 1.01b03, some changes in the share section (ISO mounting) and the layout of the "My FOlder" folder. :)

Yes, on mine B1 the update fix transfer freeze with large number of file such 10GB of jpg reflex pictures!

Thank you. Did you both use the link I provided on this thread or an alternative download location?

I've used the link from http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/ , other thing the Wr/Rd Speed didn't change on the 10/100 network (Wr:10 Mo/s, Rd:15 Mo/s) it's an other thing when connected thrue Gigabit (Wr:30 Mo/s, Rd:35 Mo/s) direct link to the PC (no swith, or router...)

I've used the link from http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/. . .

Thank you for validating the link! I wanted to validate that the FW file was working for other DNS-320 hardware rev B owners who posted on this thread reporting issues performing the FW update.

I'm a good "Beta Tester" :p (but I must know it first ;) )

HI just downloaded the firmware file for my DNS-320 Rev B1 and after selecting the file the Apply button is greyed out? Any ideas on this one ?

Edit: Ok got it working, was using Chrome on first attempt.

If you have the Greyed out Apply button Use Internet Explorer, this seems to of worked for me!

Edit2: Ok i have now updated and a message come up about Volume Merging and i clicked OK not sure if i should of as the drives in the NAS are not RAID'd but now in the System Status Hard Drive Info area it shows No Volume Found. any idea to get this back to showing the volumes.

Edit3: Right went to the same page within Internet Explorer and it shows the information correctly so it would see that Google Chrome as compatibilty issues with the WebGUI

As a general rule, when performing critical functions on the DNS-320 such as uploading firmware, you should try to use IE (first choice) or Firefox.

Hi everybody,
As I'm testing the FW v.1.01.b03, I've found that :
1. the USB is working in the two sens, means that it can read but also write on the USB media plugged in (Mine is in NTFS).
2. The P2P option supports the bandwidth limitation.
That's all for now,

Hello everyone, I'm new, and Italian, so sorry for my bad English.
Thanks to your site I was able to upgrade the device firmware to version 1.01.
To upgrade to version 1.02 as I do?
And 'possible?
I can not register to mydlink and I think it's due to the fact that the nas has not installed the firmware 1:02.
In fact I have already 'got to install this nas, but already' firmware 1:02 installed, that 'a rev A3, and software installation gave me the chance' to join the mydlink website.
I hope I explained myself and that I can help.
Thank you in advance and we will do it again congratulations for the content very interesting and useful site.

Ciao a tutti

The mydlink service does not support the DNS-320. Only D-Link Cloud devices can use mydlink and are identifiable as having an "L" at the end of the product name (e.g. DNS-320L or DCS-932L).

Using a web browser, log into the DNS-320 web UI and navigate to Management > System Management > Firmware Upgrade. This page will display the currently installed firmware version.

thank you very much for the response. My version was 1.01 and I tried to install 1.01b2. Is this the same?

Quite possibly. Unfortunately, the ShareCenter FW does not display the build version. The only indicator you have to go by is the firmware date displayed on the same page. As far as I have seen, there is only one iteration of firmware version 1.01 available, but could be wrong if your device was factory installed with another build.  :-\

In that case I'd say the versions are the same.  ;)
