MAC Address of Dlink switch
« on: October 31, 2017, 07:20:55 AM »

I have a DGS-3620-28TC switch on my production network. I assigned it an IP some three years ago but I can no longer access it through the web using that IP. I can not also access it through the default IP(incase it reset to default settings). I badly need its MAC address. Any idea how I can achieve this?

It's IP show up on any network scans or router IP tables?
Try doing an ARP scan? Might help....

With out having to do a factory reset. Can you get access to the physical switch? There should be a sticker on it I believe maybe...
