« on: March 20, 2015, 10:24:12 AM »

Did you factory reset the camera, then upload the FW file and then factory reset the camera onces more using IE or FF? Try this and see if it fixes this. Be LAN wire connected to the camera when doing this...disable any browser add-ons and PC security SW temporarily while updating FW.

What browser are you using?

Ok, let us know how it goes with a reload with the factory reset...

Also you can capture a screen shot of what your seeing and post here which would be more helpful:

What region are you located?

It doesn't support traditional UI features.

If the prior FW version was working then it's recommended not to upgrade. "If it works, don't fix it!"
I recommend trying the prior version of FW...

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Let me tell you my expirience. Better support is on forum why here also Geeks are responding. Dlink support tells me that the DCS-825L doesnt have Webconfig-Page.
Here you find people that investigate the product and can give a lot deeper support.

My expirience at all is that company support is for Noobs. Often is a very expansive hotline with noob support, not in case Dlink.

Will go back to the old FW but there is a problem with Lullabay upload. When i upload Lullabay an SD-Card, The camera stops playing lullabays. Not the new one nore the Dlink originals.
So old FW old problems ;)

Well if there is a problem with the FW, D-Link will need to address this and review it. If the problem is in FW and can't be corrected here in the forums, then you'll need to contact D-Link on the phone and talk to them about it. There would be nothing we could do here in the forums to correct FW code problems.

Good Luck.

But if the issue is firmware related then a downgrade should fix the issue,
I have downgraded as low as 1.01 but still having the same issue.

Its almost like they have locked out some GUI settings on firmware 1.05
