Port 80 open

Running DIR 820L today my port scan shows port 80 open it has always been stealth  I ran three different port scanners  Your help would be appreciated

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Port 80 usually is the main Internet port so if you or someone else in accessing the internet, it could be open when your port scanning...

Hardware A1 firmware 1.00 location USA also everything was stealth  yesterday.
 could it be my ISP?

Possible...or something on your system thats accessing that port when your testing that you'll need to track down...thats probably giving a false positive.

  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

I rebooted router and modem all are stealth

Ok. Might have your ISP check your modem out. Get a new modem if needed. Ensure ISP service is good going into the modem. Thats the ISP responsibility.
