I have 2 DHP-500AV units and a DHP-306AV set. When I came home yesterday the DHP-306AV access point worked as intended, but the local networks from where you put the ethernet cable to the computers give local networks shown as "Unidentified network" with no Internet access on all powerline units. All 4 units have a steady light of the "House-symbol" in the middle.
After lots of trial and error I logged into the 192.168.0.50 website with settings and found nothing unusual and since the access point in the Powerline network does work it's not that the network doesn't go throught the adaptors.
Later one DHP-500AV unit began working but the speed was really low (1,2 Mbit/s), the other two units which would be the big unit (the access point) and one DHP-500AV unit don't deliver anything else than an "Unidentified network".
What might have happend?

I recommend resetting the units and set up from scratch once more and see if you can get the condition to clear and get internet service back online.
