DNS-320 login problem
« on: March 30, 2011, 12:48:47 AM »

Hi,
has anyone had a problem with login through web interface after firmware update?

i updated mine to version 2.0.

i tried factory default, setting up through installation CD to setup a new password, login in non-ssl or ssl mode.

the odd thing is if i setup a password through wizard it recognise it the next time a ran the wizard again, if that make sense.

i use the reset button at the unit to reset.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

Sometimes it might be just a web cache problem.
Try different browser or purge web cache.

i tried it clearing the browser history and use different browser but to no avail. i also tried CCleaner if i missed anything. BTW, i tried logging from another pc but the same result.

i already submitted a ticket to Dlink but so far they only replied to me once, i think they cant be bothered. i also submitted a ticket to my supplier still awaiting a reply from them.

seriously regretted buying the unit.

BTW,the unit if running at 100mbit instead of 1Gb, my switch is a 1Gb. tried swapping ports but the fault follows.
