I hope this helps the people who encounter the same problem when trying to login on http://192.168.0.1, "Not all of the needed components have been loaded; this page will refresh".

You do not have to lower the internet security status or turn off the firewall, or even reset the router to perform these steps.

On Windows, Click on Windows Update to check if there are any updates needed in your computer.  You also need to check if your Device Manager - Network Adapters (ControlPanel/System and Maintenance/Device Manager) are updated.
When you finished the updates, click on the the Start Menu, type services.msc.  Right click and run as an administrator.
It will open Services(local) Window.
On the extended tab, make sure the following Status are started:

Name - Status - Startup Type

Network Access Protection Agent - Started - Automatic
Network Connections - Started - Manual
Network List Service - Started - Automatic
Network Location Awareness - Started - Automatic
Network Interface Service - Started - Automatic

You also need to make sure also that you have to start any service that is dependent on.

To start the service, right click on the service and click properties.
On General tab,
-Startup type, Choose Automatic
-Service status, Click Start
Click on the Dependencies tab to know  what are the other services that is needed to be started in order for the above network services to function properly.
After making sure the network services and its dependencies are started, you can now restart your computer.
