Hello, I understand that this product is not supported anymore. But I was wondering if anyone still had the wizard setup file for this device. I just installed a new router and my d-view app is not showing a connection. I'm not sure why since it is hard wired and shows a blinking blue light, indicating data transfer, I imagine I need to reinstall using the setup but they have removed the setup file from the product page. I understand not providing updates and whatnot, but why completely cripple existing users from continuing to use the product. It worked worked fine before I did this upgrade, why would I have to brick that?

If you use IE11x32 or FF browser older version v52.9x32 you can log into the DNRs web page and setup the DNR that way...

I did get IE 11 for that reason but my old internal IP set up for the DNR is not working, I'm not sure why. My cameras arn't either, but I deleted and reinstalled those, so I can understand it more. I checked from my router's settings page, but there is only one wired device and I'm certain it's my SmartThings hub.

Okay, I was able to find what appears to be the file buried on some legacy server. Not sure why they have to hide it.

Unfortunately, I am getting an error in installation, "Check Network has failed". It seems to find my DNR at the old IP address and I am able to enter my password but then it fails at a screen where I am to select a time zone with no options listed. I tried it on an old PC with windows 7, thinking it was a compatibility issue, to no avail.
*Update* I figured out that I needed to change my new router's LAN subnet to match my old one and then I was able to access the DNR.
In testing the wizard file, it seems to run successfully now that the DNR can be accessed on the network.

And you can reset the DNR and connect to it and set it up using it's web page.
Good luck.
