Title: D-Link DPH-541 Cell Phone, Connection to hidden network

Hi.

I have a D-Link DPH-541 Cell Phone. I am trying to connect it to a hidden wifi network here at my work. Everytime I finish to configure the network profile, it comes back to the initial configuration. Can someone help me?

What region are you located?
I would suggest trying the phone out on a wifi network that's not hidden.
Also need to check security mode on host router. Some security modes may no longer be supportive of this older phone. AES is what most routers use along with TPIK. Not sure if this phone supports AES.

Does the phone work on your personal home network?
