Rev.A v1.11.03
https://www.mydlink.com/download
The DLink site indicates a link to release notes for (A) 1.11 but it's really for (B) 2.11

Rev.B 2.11.03     9/1/2015

HOLD UP EVERYONE.  Either D-LINK has really changed how it distributes new firmware, or this post about a new firmware update is anywhere from total BS to a potentially dangerous if you use the links.

What does not add up with this firmware update:

1)  Firmware updates in the forum always have a big sticky post at the top of the forum.  This firmware announcement is one single post from an account I don't recognize.

2)  If you go to the Technical Support page for the 932-L you'll see that the latest firmware is 1.10.b3 for version A and it was posted back in March 2015 (see link to screen grab)

LINK TO SCREENGRAB OF US 932-L DOWNLOAD PAGE:
https://www.mydlink.com/download

3)  If you check out the link to download that firmware, it is:

LINK TO LATEST FIRMWARE:
https://www.mydlink.com/download

Obviously, the link using cloudfront.net seems out of line for a D-link firmware update.

4)  Over time I've learned that before you 'll find any firmware posted in the forum, you'll likely find it in the days or weeks ahead of time on the D-Link Download site out of Taiwan. The link to that site/page is below:

I checked that page for the 932-L and it does NOT list a 1.11 firmware at all (see the link to the screen grab)

LINK TO SCREENGRAB OF TAIWAN DOWNLOAD PAGE:
https://www.mydlink.com/download

5)  Finally, what better time to sneak in a bogus and probably booby trapped post and links, than right at the beginning of a holiday weekend.  With everyone focused on the holiday there will be fewer (if any) eyes looking out for scamsters and posts like this one.    Also, unless it was a critical update that needed urgent patching, no company that cares about their end users would time a firmware update right at the start of a holiday.  With any firmware change a company wants to have all resources and people on deck and available in case the upgrade starts borking installs worldwide thus triggering a wave of anger and confusion from customers.

My disclaimer to all of this:  PERHAPS .. just PERHAPS I'm a bit paranoid and have overreacted.  PERHAPS there is a slight chance that the links are legit.  If so, I sincerely apologize now for wasting time and space with my reply.

PERHAPS someone has already clicked the links and can let us know how the 'firmware upgrade' went?  Or, does your computer now seem possessed by ad bots trying to hook you up with hot local girls?

RICK

I don't know why you guys have a problem with the links that I posted for the 930, 931, & 932 - I've downloaded and installed from them.
And this forum has previously displayed similar official D-Link firmware update links hosted at cloudfront.net
You can see screenshot at

The main issue is that if your going to post links, please make them Hyper linked so user can click on them and not have to copy and paste:
Clickable Link>http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v321/acellier/DS-932L/Screen%20shot%202015-09-09%20at%201.19.13%20PM.jpg

There is a Hyper linker 2nd row, 2nd button over that you can input hyper linked URLS.

For images, you need to capture the IMG code so the pictures will appear in the post instead of a URL address. This makes it easier for users to see what your taking about.
Adding Screenshots In A Post
Example:
Code: [Select]

Result:

For your link it should be:
Code: [Select]

Result:

Doesn't this work better for everyone?  ::)
