Firmware for 160Mhz?

Hi, I am from Holland amd want to replace my DIR-880L.

This router is advertised as having 160Mhz connections. I read here that it does not have it.
I just wanted to buy it to fully exploit my Intel AC 9260.
Any sign of a firmware-update for that?

Weird reason : DFS is holding it up. A good router should just switch down when important DFS-signals are in reach ???.

So no buy for me, as it does not bring me much more than my DIR-880L.

FurryNutz:
Its a process. I presume the DFS needs to be tested, set and certified first before other factors get setup. 160Mhz isn't main stream yet so not a high priority I presume. Hopefully they will get it going. I'd rather have a good feature that was done right then a rather that was rushed to market and not done well.  ::)

hvgsel:
I agree fully, but then D-Link should not market it as such!
