Title: The Latest Update
Post by: Jawor on November 17, 2015, 02:32:15 AM
Hi,

I'd like to share my opinion about the thing which really annoys me. The latest update needs information about WIFI connection but unfortunately shows that in quite a big window on your display, sent alerts aren't transparent. Consequently,  you're interrupted because you're still informed when you switch on/off wifi/lte/other way of data transmission. You can't remove this alert when e.g. covers the website you look at, definitely it covers your mobile touch keyboard when you try to write something. It disappears after a while, sometimes after a longer while. My question is for what reason this information is given to a user on their display. I don't care about it. Property of this window shoulder be set on hidden, definitely.

Thanks for your feed back.
What mobile device and OS is loaded on it?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

I wrote a review at Google Play Store on this issue. Dlink operated very quick and shared previous version of application back. They didn't solved the problem but abandoned app with above-mentioned hidden wifi tool.

OS: Android 4.4.2/LG G2
OS: Android 5/Sony Xperia Z3 Compact

Thanks for the feed back. You'll need to work with D-Link support for this issue.

Good Luck.
