Title: My dlink app not working with iPhone over 3g

I installed 4 of these cameras and have had no issues at all.  So the other day I installed one for a friend. After having a hell of a time trying to get it to go wireless, we finally did it.  I told him to download the for his iPhone 5. He is able to see his camera when he logs in but only while he's hooked up to wifi.  As soon as he switches to 3g he gets Connection error.

Dlink told him it's his router settings. I don't know why that would be.  We have the same router and I never had to go into mine to adjust anything for the app to work. Can anyone suggest something?  Right now camera is pointless if you cannot see it outside of wifi.

try to enable the router's UPNP setting.
Also, try to restart the router and camera by physically removing the power cable to reboot.
