Can the camera model DCS-2132L E be used with Dlink NVR?

Depends on if the NVR is supporting of this model or a similar model camera.
There a a few NVRs. Which NVR are you looking at? I would look at the camera support list on the NVR support pages to see what is supported. There should be a list for each.

I see 2132L and 2132LB1 listed on my 202L. I don't know if the 2132L E would be supported or detected by the NVR. It's possible that you could try using the 2132L or 2132L B1 models to connect to E camera.  :-\

How ever it may not be as the E version of this camera was developed for a spec company and wasn't marketed out side of that company. I presume the internal code may differ from D-Links 2132L versions.
