Title: DSP-W215 not seen on MyDlink portal after firmware and phone app updates

After updating MyDlink Home to version 3.0.1 on android phone and firmware version 1.21 on device, I can no longer see the device on MyDlink portal. After logging in to my account on mydlink.com/device, it has message "Your account has no devices." I have tried resetting the device and re-installed after also uninstalling and re-installing app on phone. All without success. Called tech support and no help....finally had to hang up after long delays while rep did some research.

Same here.. Iīm on  v.2.20 and itīs the same. I canīt  see the W215 on My Delink and the schedule donīt work. Please help someone JL

Does it work with mydlink Lite app any?

You may want to contact D-Link on the phone and ask about this. Maybe some service issue they are working on.  ::)

Problem solved......MyDlink no longer will supports this feature. See reply from Dlink support:

Thank you for the response. I do apologize however with the new mydlink home app, all connected home devices which includes smart plugs are no longer accessible through mydlink.com website.

Interesting, my initial call to phone support was a complete waste of time. They had me trying several things while on the phone when this information never trickled down the to the  1st line support personnel.

Thanks for posting this. I presume only the Home app will work for access.
