SD card
« on: April 06, 2012, 11:12:21 PM »

Greetings,
I have been unable to get the micro SD card to record video or snapshot photo after setting up in SD recording. I have also tried formatting the card and rebooting the camera and it still will not record to the SD card. I have used the on/off Record button located on the Live Video page and it does work correctly. The forward email when motion detected also works well without problem. I am using the updated v1.01 firmware. I could not find any detailed instruction on how to setup the SD card to record in any of the documentation.
After several tests to record, it appears that some recording did occur. However, I am unable to access.
This is what is showing in SD management area.

Any help or guidance on how to view the video on this sd card would be appreciated.

I had to do a firmware re-install + reset to get mine working.  Hope it works for you.

I did the following steps and it worked:

1- Hard reset the camera by sticking an unfolded paper clip into the reset button in the back of camera and holding it for 5 seconds
2- Re-installing the camera all over again as in the first time.

Thank you. I will try it out.
Update: I did a hard reset which included a camera re-install and everything works great.
Thank you again and
All the Best!
