DSM320RD Questions

I was wondering where would be a good place to discuss issues I am having with the DSM-320RD?

If this is the right place, how do I get the fast forward to work correctly? I have tried a variety of different video files I have and the ffwd works with none of them. The videos play correctly but as it stands you have to watch a movie from start to finish as pausing it is only temporary (it seems to automatically go back to the main menu) and since fast forward doesn't work, you have no way to get back to the postion where you stopped watching the movie short of watching the entire movie over again.
