Box say "24/7 SUPPORT" but got told to call during business hours DGS-1100-08P

A bit choked since this is a home POE switch.DGS-1100-08P On the box it says 24/7 support and gives a link to dlink.ca. Chatting with them they shrugged their shoulders saying it was "business class" and said to chat back during business hours Eastern Standard or something like that. I am on the West coast so this is very inconvenient.
