What kinda temps do you guys get? when should I worry.

Mine average around 36-37c if its been idle for a while and get around 44-45c if im using it alot.

mine is around 37 - 42c when idle (hot days its 42c) and around 47 - 49c when in use for a while, it has been as high as 53c on very hot days.

I never turn off the device as the device has to be manually turned on and I have to edit one of the network shares to get shares to work every time the device is restarted. (power outs are a b1tch).

Mine Idles in the 36-38 range and is 44-46 when busy.  YMMV depending on what drives are installed in the unit and the temperature of the room.
