What is this Java error?

Neither Live Video nor Playback works for me (OS 10.9.2+ Safari). This is the Java error I am getting.

Java Plug-in 10.65.2.17
Using JRE version 1.7.0_65-b17 Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM

It says a bunch of files missing

/nvr/libffcodec.dylib (No such file or directory) in the specified directory.
/nvr/libavcodec.dylib (No such file or directory) in the specified directory.
/nvr/libavformat.dylib (No such file or directory) in the specified directory.
/nvr/libavutil.dylib (No such file or directory) in the specified directory.
/nvr/libswscale.dylib
