File transfer

UPLOAD
The iOS app has an upload function sourcing only from camera roll. Why not other sources such as pdf from  iBooks?

DOWNLOAD
Files from the USB shared storage can only be e-mailed. Why not copied as well?
If I want to share pictures I should be able to copy them from one device to another via the USB shared storage. The same goes to pdf files or any other files.
