I forgot my D-Link DCS920 camera admin id&password! Can I reset?

I forgot my D-Link DCS920 camera admin id&password! How might I reset this?! I tried the reset button but it doesn't work. All I want to do is see the camera :'(

While the camera is powered on, try pressing and holding the reset button for > 8 seconds.
