What issue are you having with your D-Link camera and/or mydlink website?
-
I am not getting the verification mail when I have registered!
So when I log in to mydlink.com I only get this
Your account e-mail has not been verified!
•Your e-mail address has not been verified yet! You will need to verify your e-mail before you can access your device list. You can click the Resend verification e-mail link to send a new verification e-mail to your e-mail address.
•Please check and update your profile information below.
I have prest the resend button lots of times and changed mail adress several times but I do not get any verification mail to any mailbox. I do not use any spamfilter etc that block the mail.
-
You might want to try another email address/provider to rule out other issues.
-
I wrote that I have already tested that several different email addresses/providers .
I have not gotten any answer from support either except the automatic mail when I sent in the question.
Has someone been able to get a verification mail the last couple of days?
The automatic supportmail you get when you register a case can not be replied to either.
Lousy support so far!

Sorry I can't be of greater assistance. I can tell you that in recent history there were some instances where users in specific geographic regions reported that mydlink was not working properly, while users in other parts of the globe had no issues.. . . perhaps they use regional data centers. If that is the case, then it may explain why you're not able to register.
-
I would check you SPAM folder(s) for any emails from DLink. If not then call your local DLink support office.
-
I dont think any mail is ever sent from mydlink!
I don´t use any spamfilter or similar as I wrote earlier!
-
I would contact DLink, as I wrote earlier. Let us know if you find out anything.
-
Did your email issue resolve itself or are you still experiencing issues?
-
Not getting any support :(
Created 2 cases but they dont reply. I dont think anyone can register on Mydlink.

You've validated that other users are unable to register with mydlink?
-
I have opened up a case with DLink support instead. See if they can help.
I have not validated that anyone else gets or doesnt get any verification mail no.
-
What Country are you located? U.S.?
BTW, the verification email should come from this address: notification@mydlink.com
-
Sweden! I get a automatic mail from notification@mydlink.com when I create a supportcase.
No answers from support yet...

Are you 100% sure about the spelling of your email address in the mydlink registration? Short of a typographical error or regional mydlink outage I can't fathom why you aren't receiving anything.
Did you call the toll free technical support number? I wouldn't necessarily rely on an email-only response.
-
I got it to work by a hard reset and reinstallation of camera and new registration to mydlink.
-
Congratulations. I'm glad everything finally worked out. ;)

Unfortunately for me, I have run into the same issue. I have registered my camera with 2 separate email addresses (comcast & gmail) and no verification email. I contacted dlink support and their only advice or help was to recommend to return the camera. Funny part is that I received the email from notification@dlink.com when i put in an online support request and another email to register for this forum just fine. Apparently their email verification system is broken and no one knows how to fix it. Guess I will have to return the camera.

What model camera do you have? If you have a DCS-9XX, try restoring the camera to the factory defaults and reconfiguring the camera. Using a paperclip, push and hold the recessed reset button on the rear of the camera for > 8 seconds.
If this procedure doesn't work, I'll investigate further to see if the issue resides on D-Link.

yeah not in spam and did the reset with paperclip and re-register with new email. no dice. even contacted comcast to see if they see anything on their end. the camera is being returned.

I'll see what I can find out... ???

it has absolutely nothing to do my machine or resetting the camera. perhaps it has something to do with this email i received today. unfortunately dlink already lost my business and i returned the camera.

Subject: About mydlink mail failure 02/28 ~ 03/01
Dear Sir ,
Due to technical difficulties, the mydlink mail server was unable to send out verification e-mails from February 28th to March 1st.
If you created a new account or changed your e-mail address during this time, please log into your mydlink account, go to My Profile, and click on the Resend verification e-mail link at the top..
If you used the Forgot your password page to reset your password, simply run through the process again.
If you experience any issues while using the mydlink website, please feel free to contact D-Link Technical Support.
We apologize for the inconvenience,
mydlink

Although I'm glad the root cause for this issue was identified, I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience with your D-Link camera.
