Dlink? Hello? Does anyone read this?

Are you expected an answer from  from D-Link staff?? Read the other posts and you will see how care about users problems.

Think they forgot to assign someone to monitor it?

Well... It (EBR-2310) -IS- an older product, so much less in the focus of the 'fine people' at D-Link.  :'(

It still is being sold, but, is my guess, really not important to D-Link, seen in the sales-figures...

If it is being SOLD it should be SUPPORTED.

This is annoying behavior and it will affect my future business with their company.

I apologise, but, in my opinion, you are not right. Let's discuss it. Write to me in PM, we will communicate.

You're welcome to PM me. I am not sure why you replied here instead. And btw, I ended up returning the router. Are you claiming you don't have problems with it? These problems happen when more than one person is using the internet at the same time. For families with only one computer, I suppose this would be fine.
