I'm still getting a ton of wireless errors on my A1. So in my opinion, it feels the same as the 1.21NA B08. I never had a problem with reboots on 1.21NA B08 so we'll see how this goes.

After the upgrade, when it wiped the configuration did you reload a config file or did you manually reenter your settings? Try manually entering everything instead of using the configuration file (maybe its corrupt or has some bad settings)... take a screenshot of all your open ports, gaming settings, internet config before you do so.

What settings are you using for wireless, are you specifying a specific channel or allowing it to scan?

There's always the possibility that your environment is causing the errors?

Also, after upgrading the FW, you need to perform a Factory restore to defaults.  Do some minor changes to the WiFi if you need that going initially. What modes are you using? I'm currently set up for N mode only at 2.4Ghz. There are low drops and very few errors running v1.22. The drops and error rates do go up when using 5Ghz on N mode only. I have been advised to use 2.4Ghz as it is capable of going thru walls and doors better than the 5Ghz.

I was on 1.16 with A2 hardware.  For the last few weeks I have been using a Linksys WRT54G v2.2 with DD-WRT on it as even 1.16 seemed to have problems after being up for quite a while.  But overall fairly stable.  I may go ahead and make the jump to the 1.2x with the Dlink to see how it runs knowing I can go back to the trusty DD-WRT if needed.

Just be sure to not use the v1.21NA on the main DLink web site, get the Beta v1.22 02.

So far i've had to turn off the Advanced DNS feature, as nice as it sounds, it caused slow page loads, many times requiring a refresh of the page to get it to load, unfortunately turning it off required a reboot of the router.

Wireless is still stable otherwise.

I have recommended, setup other 4500s with this feature being turned on. 1. For gamer, i.e. XBL, it will not let the xboxes connect to there servers properly.  I don't use it on my 4500. Been using v1.22 for 5 days now.

Turning off Advanced DNS DEFINITELY helped with the slow loading of websites, I don't have to refresh multiple times to get the page to load.

Advanced DNS basically sends your page requests and it's checked by a third party that verifies it's a legitimate site, and if not, stops you or fixes typos, etc.

That part is what slows it down apparantly.

Is your DNS Relay on or off? Mines currently on. Sometimes that can have a impact however shouldn't anymore.

It's currently on, with the advanced DNS feature off, i've stopped having slow web browsing problems.
