i dont know.... they could be related to the issue but i did not lose the WAN directly while connected to the modem, just smaller lag (Timeout) maybe the router lose connection due to this? got no answer ;/

edit: timeout = "device that has waited a certain length of time for some input but has not received it"

Something sounds like the ISP modem isn't maintaining a connection with the router or just intermittently disconnects and the router detects this and then has to wait for the period of time for it to reconnect. Routers can usually connect fairly fast if it's looking for DHCP. Since your noticing that it's taking 2-10 minutes during these disconnects, makes me think that the router just can't get a connection to the modem sooner as the modem isn't providing the connection during this time frame. Any chance you have friends or nieghbors with internet that you can take this router too and see if this problem follows? Only other recommendation would be to try a different router and see if the problem happens there as well.

srry if i was unclear, the lag/timeout itself is not long, the interval between them is short, that was bother me most (1-20 min)actually when the timeout occur it it takes like 1-3 sec and with the WAN dropping, "WAN interface cable has been disconnected" to "WAN interface cable has been connected" is like 2-3 seconds delay. so the router gets the WAN  connection back after like 1-2 sec, so its not slow

Ok, ...still that your seeing these disconnections on the WAN for a period of time. Should not be there at all. It's possible that these time outs are causing these. Can't be sure.  :-\ If you have swapped LAN cables and tested with and with out WiFi on the router being on and it's still doing it then I presume something between the router and the modem is the cause.
