Unable to connect phone to device SSID "code incorrect"

I ordered a few of these devices and some installed with no issue, but on the devices that are hardware revision A2, i'm unable to initially connect to the device's SSID. i get a password error, even though no password is entered (nor was i prompted for one on the other successfully provisioned units). I've factory reset these two devices, but it still gives the same error. Any suggestions on how to find the default pw for these units?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
