There are several links for the camera to get to the server. However the same links are used when recording photos. Also the previous dlink camera a 2310 in that elevator exhibited no issues on the same link. It's video was recorded at the point of motion detection every time. The latency would be the same with the old camera as the new one. Perhaps something has changed in the video recording code in this newer model. It is rather odd with new one the file stamp of the video file indicates it was created at the point of motion detection, but then the video is delayed another 10-15 seconds before anything is put in the file. Is there some additional code being run now after file creation that was not before. I wish I had the code so I could understand what is going on, but obviously I do not.
