IPsec vpn stopped working

so I have about 10 clients (dsr-150) that connect to one Main central location (dsr-250) via IPsec policies. All was working fine since October 2017 then on Feb 12th 2018 all the clients are no longer connecting to the Main dsr-250.
I feel this is an ISP problem because they all dropped off on the same day.  Also I can still log into the Main location via PPTP or L2TP.
I replaced the Main DSR-250 and this did not solve my problem.
I moved the Main DSR-250 to a different location ( same ISP but entirely different City ) and the clients started connecting one at a time then all of a sudden they too, all dropped connection and stopped.
(ISP at main location in Bridge mode with static IP according to them there are no blocked ports or protocols ).

What logs should I activate to help prove or disprove my theory ?

What log options are available on the DSR?

I would enable Informative, and System and or Warning. I presume. I don't thing anything will be of use for security.

If anything, enable ALL if thats supported and see what you find out.
