Title: Cannot update my firmware 1.08WW

Hi,

Sorry for the basic question. My DIR-880L A1 router is on 1.08WW firmware. I always updated using Management->Check for New Firmware.  I wanted to update to the latest version 1.20.  I am in the US and using a cable modem.  The website shows firmware 1.07-B08 and a slew of security patches. How do I get that 1.20 firmware? Are the security patches applicable to version 1.20 only?

I went to the https://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DIR-880L and downloaded "DIR-880L_REVA_FIRMWARE_v1.21B01_HOTFIX". When I tried to use "upgrade manually" functionality through the web console, I got an  got an error and nothing was installed.
I want to update to 1.20 and get the patch "KrØØk Security Patch (1.21B01 Hotfix)". How should I do it?

Downloaded the upgrade from the below link and all works (was suggested in a previous post). Thank you all!

Thanks. I found this link to 1.20 firmware on this forum (thanks a bunch!). Would you know why DLink does not have it on their website for the US?

I'm experiencing the same issue and the link above does not work... My router is stuck on 1.08WW and says that's the latest firmware, but it's not? Can anybody point me in the right direction?
