Problem with Seagate Barracuda 7200.12

I have 4 Barracuda 7200.12 1T ,Model is ST31000528AS,when formating in RAID 0 or RAID 5 ,stop at 94%,could not go on,only can format in JBOD or shandalone.The fireware is 1.03 beta 7 .Any one has the same problem? thanks
