Hi
I just got my 5020l. The firmware is updated to the latest. I am looking at the video picture through both myd-link and by accessing the cam's IP address in various browsers on the latest version of OSX.
When I try to zoom at all, there is a constant flicker or stutter, between (I'm guessing) a zoomed in image and the normal view.
Is there something I can do to fix this? The camera is definitely less appealing if I can't zoom in at all.
Thanks for reading.

Should I call D-Link support? Return it, maybe? Can anyone at least confirm if they have this issue?

What is your video card?
Are the drivers upto date?

Thanks for inquiring.
The drivers are updated on both the camera, and on my Macbook Pro, and all the latest updates are installed.
My video card is the stock video card in 2011 Macbook Pro: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB

Well, I guess I'm going to have to return this thing. It's disappointing that DLink apparently doesn't have any staff reading these forums.
Anyone have a similar priced camera from another company they like better?
