NetUSB vulnerability
« on: May 20, 2015, 02:16:34 PM »

I think this router (and many others) is liable to a new NetUSB vulnerability that allows it to be hacked remotely. Let us hope that D-Link promptly fixes the NetUSB issue. http://thehackernews.com/2015/05/netusb-router-hacking.html
It supposedly attacks on port 20005, but I do not see how to disable all traffic on this port from any ip address.

Thank you for posting this information. I presume that the routers are not "liable" rather maybe "vulnerable" to this issue? I'll forward this on to D-Link for review.

D-Link has been notified and is aware of this.

Please be patient.
