User rights on My Dlink Cloud

I I have defined a number of users with specific permissions for each of their folders, but I do not know how to create those same users in the cloud mydlink app.
In web access, each user can access only their folder, however when I create a cloud mydlink account, that account can access the folders of all users.

How I can I get users to remotely access their folders only and not those of other users?

User rights on My Dlink Cloud not match with user rights defined on NAS. WHY ??
