How to disable firewall?
« on: January 15, 2012, 06:01:13 AM »

My DIR 645 will not recognize my media server (HP Media Smart.)  I am fairly certain it is a firewall issue, since my old Cisco router had the same problem until I turned off its firewall.  I don't see how to disable it in the setup; can someone help?

:D ;D Laughing at myself here.  Problem was operator error; let's blame it on age.  If the server has a static IP addressa, and the new router uses a different mask, gee, you can't see it.
