I posted new beta code today any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I'm posting this anywhere I can. Time Machine started working with this new beta, but recently stopped. I'm not sure if it's because I updated to OS X 10.7.1 or what. I was on the phone with level 2 support for 3 hours and they couldn't fix it. This is killing me.

You may want to post this information plus the substantive part of your other post in "Comments & Observations" as a new thread in the main DNS-325 forum. . . and ask if anyone else is experiencing issues (especially after updating).

In the post there gets 1.02. xxx3 but dated 9.9.2011

hi, i followed the link but the file on the ftp site is beta 1.02 v01 dated May. please advise where i can get the latest one.

hi,
the news gets worse, my raid 1, that worked perfectly under firmware 1.01 has now disappeared. there are no volumes and i can't access my data.
i have found and downloaded v1.02v02 with no joy.
can you advise what next please

The link does work. Try refreshing your browser window to clear the cached page. The date should read "October 7, 2011".

hi, i diligently went to the link again, refreshed and redownloaded.
the file is dated 7 October as you say.
however, when i open the zip, the description of the file inside is
'DLINKEu_DNS325.1.02b01(1.09.0512.2011)(BETA)'
and the file inside the zip is dated 12 May 2011
I am guessing by the description that this is not b03.
Please check and advise

You're absolutely correct. I went to another PC I used to visit the FTP site a month ago and sure enough v102b03 was there. Upon refreshing my browswer, the file was gone, leaving only the older version. It's possible D-Link pulled the beta for some reason. ???

1.o2 b3 has been removed for the time being until further notice or a new beta release.

Could you please tell us the reason why the firmware has been removed?
Should we downgrade to the old beta firmware?
Is there any risk of data loss with the new beta firmware?

Before I was under OSX Snow Leopard and I used the Time Machine.
Unfortunately I switched OSX Lion without checking the compatibility of firmware 1.02b01.
Is 03 beta solve the problem of inconpatibilité with Time Machine on OSX Lion?
If so, someone could set it shares the b03 firmware?

Beta firmware v1.02b03 resolved Time Machine compatibility issues with Lion 10.7, but has compatibility issues with Lion 10.7.1. That said, build 03 of the beta firmware was removed from circulation for other technical reasons. Given that D-Link had a sound technical reason (yet unknown) for removing firmware v1.02b01, I would discourage you from trying to acquire the software from other sources.

Ths is very frustrating, key issues like fixing the print server are in the next version of the firmware and its taking months to release. I would have thought something could be released and whiteners left could go in the next version. d-link, please release some of the bug fixes soon. Being able to upgrade from a raid from a323 would also have been nice.

If it's any consolation, just last week D-Link re-issued the beta firmware for the DNS-320, so hopefully the DNS-325 is next in their queue. ???
