Does not read micro SD memory 128G (SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC UHS-I)

Hello, I have not been able to configure the camera so I can save or record it to a memory of 128G, when I insert a 16G, there is no problem, in support they tell me what I should do for advanced configuration, someone could help me with a step by step .. thanks .

So it should be supported.  Does the memory card work in a computer?

You are not able to format it in the F/W webpage?

Sd memory works perfectly on a PC and Mac, when I enter a 16G the camera reads without problems, but when I enter a 64 or 128 says there is no memory.

I really do not know what to do

Might try a different SD card as a test. If same thing happens, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Refer to this forum thread for review as well. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
