Title: Problem seeing multiple cameras on Remote Live View from same Main Console serve
Post by: Jakmo on February 26, 2018, 01:49:41 PM
Just some background. I've been using Dviewcam at my warehouse business for years. At this point I've have about 18 cameras running on the latest version of Main Console which I upgraded recently. The new version is great with one exception, the Remote Live View program can no longer stream more than one camera at a time.

In previous versions I was able to set up multiple versions of the same server and view a different camera on each simultaneously. With the current version of Dviewcam, the Remote Live Viewer will only allow viewing one camera at a time. If I disconnect the server that is active, another camera will be available for viewing but never more than 1. In previous versions of Dviewcam (I'm thinking around ver 3.11) I was able to view all the cameras on a server at the same time.

Hopefully someone can understand the problem I'm having and make some suggestions. I'm having a hard enough time just describing the problem.

This maybe a software issue that D-Link support should review.I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. The US offers Chat support for consumer products at support.dlink.com. 24/7. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please
