DNS-323 and install icon for pnpx driver (problem)

How to DNS-323 show on the network the install icon to install the drivers pnpx?

I turned off ESET Smart Security 4 and Windows Firewall and started UPnP AV Server to show me the icon to install the drivers pnpx, but nothing shows?

Is there some way to show the icon?

Can someone help me?
